When do foster children receive the bag?
We collaborate with state agencies and foster care providers to identify children in need as quickly as possible. Our team works diligently to prepare and deliver backpacks promptly to ensure that each child receives their backpack within the critical first 48 hours of placement.
How much of my donation goes toward the bag?
All individual donations from the links on this page go directly to purchase the bags and new items. We pride ourselves on our strong record as a trusted nonprofit that uses the vast majority of our total funds to support new comfort bags for the underserved age group of 6-17 in Chelan and Douglas Counties
